Description:

This class is for anyone who would like to learn about mindfulness and cultivate a mindfulness practice for themselves. This six-week course will teach you the basic techniques of mindfulness covering a variety of topics such as the mindfulness of the body, emotions, interactions with others and breathing.

We will meet once a week for 6 weeks on Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 7:30pm starting March 6, 2012 - April17, 2012 (Please note: We are skipping April 10. 2012 due to Spring Break.)

This training qualifies as a prerequisite for the Level 2: Mindfulness Elementary Curriculum Training (for those interested in teaching mindfulness in their classrooms, private practices or homes).
