ABOUT ABOUT

This is a six-week online training on the essential techniques and application of mindfulness. It consists of weekly reading, guided audio practices, and supportive worksheets. A guiding teacher will be monitoring the training as well as responding to questions and adding relevant comments to enhance the experience of the group.

This course is designed to be done on your own schedule during the week. Typically your week's materials will be emailed to you by Saturday mornings. You will receive a mid-week check in from your guiding teacher on Tuesday and then a final reminder to read the week's materials and answer the questions on Thursday.

Your answers to the 3-5 weekly questions are due on Sunday evenings, which account for your attendance in the course. If you complete all the weekly questions, you will receive a certificate of completion from us. Once you complete this course, you will be eligible for our Simple Start and Curriculum Training courses, which will show you how to teach mindfulness to children.

Training begins on October 13, 2012 and ends November 17, 2012.
