Join nearly 1,000 people who have taken our six-week online training on the essential techniques and application of mindfulness. It consists of weekly reading, guided audio practices, and weekly questions, all of which can be completed on your own schedule during each week.
A guiding teacher will be monitoring the training as well as responding to questions and adding relevant comments to enhance the experience of the group.
Training begins on January 10, 2013 and ends February 14, 2013.
Proceeds from our courses support scholarships for schools and individuals in financial need.
