This class is for anyone who would like to learn about mindfulness and cultivate a mindfulness practice for themselves. This six-week course will teach you the basic techniques of mindfulness covering a variety of topics such as the mindfulness of the body, emotions, interactions with others and breathing.
We will meet once a week for 6 weeks on Thursdays from 6:30pm - 8:30pm starting February 9, 2012 - March 15, 2012.
This training qualifies as a prerequisite for the Level 2: Mindfulness Elementary Curriculum Training.
